What we collect
This website does not run analytics trackers or advertising pixels. If you contact us by email we keep the details you send — name, company, work email and the content of your enquiry — so we can respond.
Platform data
The ApexPhalanx platform processes security posture, exposure and workload telemetry for the tenant that deployed it. That data stays within the customer's tenancy and is used to compute posture scores, remediation obligations and warranty evidence. It is not sold or shared for advertising.
Posture ledger
Posture checkpoints are hashed and anchored to a distributed ledger. The ledger records cryptographic proofs and timestamps — not the underlying host data — so an auditor can verify that a record existed at a point in time without the record exposing your systems.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation. Platform telemetry follows the retention configured by the deploying tenant.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry at any time by writing to info@apexastute.com.
